The advantage of buying through HOSS web shop is that you can order your product anytime and anywhere while the purchase is quick and does not take a lot of time. On our web shop, you can find collections of our products as well as individual products. Each product is shown with actual product details, photos, prices and data regarding availability on stock.
Time for delivery is defined by deadlines and depends on whether the product is in stock. All products can be purchased at any time, but if they are not currently available or we do not have your configuration available, we will notify you regarding delivery date, which will of course be quickest possible

SEARCHING THROUGH THE WEB SHOP…
If you already know the name of the product you wish to purchase, the easiest way to find it is through the search engine. It’s located in the top right corner of our web shop, showing as a magnifying glass icon. Clicking on the icon opens the search tab. There you need to input the desired term and by clicking „enter “on your keyboard, you start the search.
HOW TO ADD A PRODUCT INTO THE BASKET
You start the purchase by adding the product into the basket that is also your desired list of products.
In order to add a product to the basket, you must first select the desired combination (type of wood, fabric, head, legs, size). After you made your selection, the price of the chosen combination will appear. The price is visible right below the last possible choice icon. Left from the icon „Add to basket “, there is a window where you input the amount of the chosen product you wish to purchase. In order to add the product to the basket, you must click on the black bottom with white letter saying „Add to basket “.
Your basket is continuously visible in the top right corner of the web shop. In the window you can see the number of products and total price of all products in the basket. Clicking on the basket icon, a window will open to the right, where you can see all the products you chose, photos of chosen combinations, amounts and prices as well as the total amount for all items in the basket. At the bottom of the open basket window there are two grey icons. Clicking the grey icon saying „ See basket “takes you to a more detailed review of the basket. Clicking the grey icon saying „Payment “you are going into the next stage of your shopping.
A well-meaning advice: Always review the basket in detail before you decide to buy!
HOW TO REMOVE PRODUCT FROM THE BASKET…
Once you added the products into the basket, you have decided that you do not want to buy some of them. You can easily remove them. Clicking on the icon of the basket in top right corner of the web shop, opens the window on the right side. Under each added product, you can see the amount chosen and price in grey colour. Next to the individual price of each product, there is an icon with an x mark that removes the chosen product from the basket.
There is another way of removing the product form the basket. Clicking the icon of the basket in the top right corner of the web shop, opens a window on the right side. At the bottom of the open window of the basket, there are two grey icons. Clicking on the grey icon that says „See basket “takes you to a detailed overview of the basket. Here you can find all the products added to the basket. In order to remove one of the products, you need to click on red x that is situated right from the photo of the product you wish to remove.
Note: In such ways you will remove all chosen amounts for a certain product.
HOW TO CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF A CERTAIN PRODUCT IN A BASKET…
If you wish to decrease or increase a certain number of products in the basket, click on the basket icon in the top right corner of the web shop, that opens the window on the right side. At the bottom of the open basket window, there are two grey icons. Clicking the grey icon that says „See basket “takes you to a more detailed review of the basket. Here you can find all products that are in the basket. The amount can be changed by clicking on the number that is in the amount column. Please make sure that the amount is in the line with the product for which you wish to change the amount.
HOW TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT…
Once you have selected all the products that you wish to purchase, clicking the icon that says „Payment “opens a window where you need to input your data. All mandatory fields are marked in red colour (name, surname, region/country, street, house number, city, municipality, post code, telephone, email) and must be filled out with information to continue the purchase. If you wish for the product to be delivered to an alternate address from the ones you input earlier, click on the icon that is located on the right form the question „Deliver to a different address?“ and fill out the mandatory fields marked in red (name, surname, region/country, street, house number, city, municipality, post code, telephone, email), then review your order one more time and choose method of payment by clicking the circle left from the desired payment method ( you can choose credit card payment, direct bank transaction or via PayPal account). After you have chosen the payment method, click the icon „Order “that is „PayPal “if you chose to pay via PayPal account. If all the data is correct, a nee window opens, where you need to input data depending on payment method of choice. If all the data is correct, click on the „Pay “icon and the purchase is complete!
Soon after the successfully processed purchase, you will receive a confirmation on purchase email to your provided email address.
Note: In case that, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the ordered products, we will contact you through your contact details you provided during registration.
HOW TO CHANGE DATA IN THE ORDER
If you wish to change some data, go back to the information you wish to amend or change and simply change it with a click, erasing or entering the right details. If all the data is correct, click on the icon „Order “that is „PayPal “is you have chosen to pay via PayPal account. If all the data is correct, a new window will open, where you must input data depending on your preferred method of payment. If all the data is correct, click on the icon „Pay “and the purchase is done!
Soon after the successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation on received order email and when the order is processed, you will receive the second email confirming the processing of the order. When the product/s is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification on the estimated date of delivery to your address.
Note: In case that, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the ordered products, we will contact you through your contact details you provided during registration.
WHAT DO I NEED TO INPUT IF I AM PAYING BY DIRECT BANK TRANSACTION…?
If you chose to pay via direct bank transaction, after you click the icon “Order”, your product is ordered and a new window is open where you can find the data on the transaction account to which the desired order should be paid.
Soon after successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email on the accepted order and the pre-invoice in attachment and when the order is processed, you will receive a second email confirming the processing of the order. When the product/s is ready for delivery, you will receive a notification on the estimated date of delivery to your address.
Note: Deadline for payment of the order is 3 days from the day of receiving the pre-invoice.
WHAT DO I NEED TO INPUT IF I AM PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD…?
If you chose to pay with a credit card, after you click the icon „Order“ , a new window opens where you need to input data on the owner of the card used for making payment (name, surname, email, address, city, post code, country). Apart from the data on the owner, data from the card being used must be input (card number, date of expiry, CVV code and way of payment). When choosing way of payment, clicking on the window where it says at once, you open a selection list where you can decide to pay all at once or in instalments.
Right from the form are purchase information where you can check the order number, content of the order, amount of the order. If you see an error or wish to make amendments, by clicking the icon „Give up “you go back to the basket. If all the data in the order is correct, by clicking the icon „Pay “you executed the purchase.
Soon after successfully processed purchase you will receive a confirmation email on received order and when the order is processed, you will receive another email confirming the processing of the order. When the product/s is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification on the estimated delivery time.
