DELIVERY…

After we execute your order and deliver it to our logistics partner, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time and shipment number. You will be notified on the exact delivery date and time by the courier via telephone to the number you provided during registration and purchase of the product.

Your order will be delivered to the entrance into the house/building at the address stated in the order. For easier delivery of the products, the access to the entrance must be free otherwise delivery is only to the nearest point where unloading is possible.  

PRODUCT PACKAGING…

We package all our products and aim to protect them from damage during standard transportation manipulation. Once you take over your shipment, please review it with the courier as to avoid any further claims as a result of damage during delivery.

If you establish there is a damage, you should make a claim on it to the courier that delivered the product, that is, reject to take over such a shipment.   

CONFIRMATION ON TAKE OVER

As a buyer, you have an obligation to sign a delivery note at take over that the courier service takes as confirmation of take over.
